Answer telephone in a polite and helpful manner. Unpack deliveries of clothing and accessories to be displayed on the shop floor, input into stock system daily as required. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and email as required in a polite and timely manner. Assist over the counter customers as required in a polite and timely manner. To be responsible for the taking of monies. To assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the shop floor and adjacent areas. To undertake other such duties as are within the grading of the role as instructed.

 

Applicant must be experienced although brand specific training will be provided. Salary will be based on experience and level of expertise.
